Today, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, at the request of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Sh. During the trip, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov got acquainted with projects and layouts of new facilities in the southern part of the capital, at the intersection of Bitarap Turkmenistan and Archabil avenues. Here the head of state was greeted by the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers in charge of the construction and energy complexes, as well as the capital, the ministers of industry and construction production, energy, and the khyakim of the city of Ashgabat.

Deputy Prime Minister Sh. Durdylyev reported on projects for the construction and modernization of roads and related structures in the main city of the country, their location, as well as on the design features of road and transport infrastructure facilities.

Here, sketches of samples proposed for mosaic decoration of bridges located at the intersection of Bitarap Turkmenistan, S. Turkmenbashi, N. Andalib and Bekreve Avenue with Archabil Avenue, as well as at the intersection of Kopetdag Avenue and Bekreve Street were presented to the leader of the nation.

It should be noted that during the construction of social and cultural facilities and road transport infrastructure in the country, the head of state pays special attention to the harmonious combination of the traditions of national architecture and advanced experience in this area, as well as decorative elements.

Having familiarized with the presented projects and schemes, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov made a number of remarks in relation to them and made appropriate adjustments. Based on the location of the structures, their design should reflect the natural attractions and wealth of our country, cultural values ​​created by the Turkmen people over the centuries. In this regard, the need was noted when designing bridges to take into account the peculiarities of the adjacent territories.

For consideration by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, a project of a modern Creative Center, which is planned to be built in the western part of Bitarap Turkmenistan Avenue, sketches and layouts of premises, where all conditions will be created for useful pastime of children and adults, practicing various types of art, including such like painting and design, improving professional skills in these areas. Detailed information was given about the design features of the center, landscaping and landscaping of the adjacent territory.

The head of state noted that the construction of such facilities in the capital within the framework of the urban planning program is aimed at creating favorable conditions for interesting and meaningful leisure of the townspeople, stimulating them to active creative activity.

The leader of the nation was presented with a map of the location, general plan and sketches of the hotel "Nusaý", as well as a plan of objects planned for construction and reconstruction in this part of the city, and roads. Further, the Minister of Energy Ch.Purchekov reported on the general plan and the scheme of the Center for the repair and maintenance of power equipment being built in the Byzmeyinsky etrap, as well as on projects of objects planned for construction in its structure. With the commissioning of this Center with a total area of ​​over 29 thousand square meters, new jobs will appear.

The report also provided information on the Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan power transmission line project and measures taken to increase the export of electricity.

Along with this, a project of a hybrid solar-wind power plant on the territory of the Turkmen lake "Altyn asyr" with a capacity of 10 megawatts, a work plan for transferring the Akhal and Dashoguz state power plants to combined management, as well as relevant information and a plan on the supply of Turkmen electricity were submitted for consideration. to neighboring countries.

As reported, with the implementation of this work, the efficiency of electricity production will increase from 34 to 52 percent.

The project of a solar-wind power plant with a capacity of 10 megawatts was prepared by the research and production center of the State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan in accordance with the Action Plan for the implementation of the Concept for the development of the Turkmen Lake region "Altyn asyr" in 2019-2025. The advantage of combined power plants is their high performance without additional costs of natural gas and environmental friendliness.

Noting the key role of the energy complex in the dynamic social and economic development of the country, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov focused on the work being done and international cooperation in this area. In this context, it is important that new energy facilities and specialized repair and service centers are equipped with technological innovations, including advances in the digital sphere. At the same time, it is necessary to pay close attention to environmental aspects and norms that must be strictly observed, the leader of the nation emphasized, addressing the relevant errands.

Then the Minister of Industry and Construction Production B.Annamammedov reported on the state of affairs in the subordinate structures, the pace of construction of the second stage of the Bakherden and Koytendag cement plants, as well as on the practical steps taken to modernize the existing industrial complexes for the production of cement. As reported, the construction of new and improvement of existing specialized facilities will provide the country's construction sites with the necessary building materials.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov ordered to control the quality and expand the range of modern types of cement produced. Based on this, it is necessary to take a responsible and scientifically grounded approach to the processing of raw materials and the production of high-quality products from them, the head of state emphasized.
