During the trip, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov got acquainted with projects and layouts of new facilities in the southern part of the capital, at the intersection of Bitarap Turkmenistan and Archabil avenues. For consideration by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, a project of a modern Creative Center, which is planned to be built in the western part of Bitarap Turkmenistan Avenue, sketches and layouts of premises, where all conditions will be created for useful pastime of children and adults, practicing various types of art, including such like painting and design, improving professional skills in these areas. Further, the Minister of Energy Ch.Purchekov reported on the general plan and the scheme of the Center for the repair and maintenance of power equipment being built in the Byzmeyinsky etrap, as well as on projects of objects planned for construction in its structure. With the commissioning of this Center with a total area of ​​over 29 thousand square meters, new jobs will appear.

The report also provided information on the Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan power transmission line project and measures taken to increase the export of electricity.

Along with this, a project of a hybrid solar-wind power plant on the territory of the Turkmen lake "Altyn asyr" with a capacity of 10 megawatts, a work plan for transferring the Akhal and Dashoguz state power plants to combined management, as well as relevant information and a plan on the supply of Turkmen electricity were submitted for consideration. to neighboring countries.

As reported, with the implementation of this work, the efficiency of electricity production will increase from 34 to 52 percent.

The project of a solar-wind power plant with a capacity of 10 megawatts was prepared by the research and production center of the State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan in accordance with the Action Plan for the implementation of the Concept for the development of the Turkmen Lake region "Altyn asyr" in 2019-2025. The advantage of combined power plants is their high performance without additional costs of natural gas and environmental friendliness.

Noting the key role of the energy complex in the dynamic social and economic development of the country, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov focused on the work being done and international cooperation in this area. In this context, it is important that new energy facilities and specialized repair and service centers are equipped with technological innovations, including advances in the digital sphere. Then the Minister of Industry and Construction Production B.Annamammedov reported on the state of affairs in the subordinate structures, the pace of construction of the second stage of the Bakherden and Koytendag cement plants, as well as on the practical steps taken to modernize the existing industrial complexes for the production of cement. As reported, the construction of new and improvement of existing specialized facilities will provide the country's construction sites with the necessary building materials.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov ordered to control the quality and expand the range of modern types of cement produced.
