On April 18, Honorable President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers via digital system. During the meeting, priority areas of state life and several draft documents were reviewed. This was reported by the "Turkmenistan: Golden Age" electronic newspaper.
One of the main issues at the meeting was the work carried out to improve the national cost-estimating and normative framework in the construction sector. According to the report by Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Baymyrat Annamammedov, reforms in this direction create new conditions for a science-based approach to construction activities and the introduction of modern technologies into production.
After listening to the report, the Honorable President emphasized that the construction, assembly, and renovation work carried out in the country must fully comply with modern requirements. The Head of State approved the proposal to put into effect a new national cost-estimating and normative framework in the construction industry.
The President gave the Vice-Premier specific instructions regarding the practical implementation of the new normative framework. This initiative is aimed at further increasing the efficiency and competitiveness of the country's construction complex.
