President of Turkmenistan appoints New head of Diplomatic Mission to Kuwait

On April 24, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a decree appointing Bayram Bayramov, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi), concurrently as the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the State of Kuwait. This was reported by the online newspaper «Turkmenistan: Golden age».
It should be recalled that Bayramov has been serving as head of Turkmenistan’s diplomatic mission in the UAE since October 2025.
