President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on behalf of the people and Government of Turkmenistan, as well as on his own behalf, sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov and the people of the country on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the independence of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Noting with satisfaction the increasingly dynamic and progressive nature of Turkmen-Kyrgyz relations, which are based on the principles of good neighborliness, friendship, and mutual understanding, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov expressed his readiness to continue supporting close cooperation for the benefit of the two peoples.

Taking this pleasant opportunity, the leader of Turkmenistan addressed sincere wishes of good health, happiness, and well-being to President Sadyr Japarov, and wishes of peace, further progress, and prosperity to the fraternal people of the Kyrgyz Republic.
