Turkmenistan participates in the first International Space Summit

The first International Space Summit began its work on September 9 at the “Grand Palais” complex in Paris, France. Representatives of Turkmenistan, along with more than 2,000 representatives of government agencies, international organizations, the space industry, scientific and investment communities, are participating in this high-level international event. This was reported by the Press Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

On the first day of the summit, panel discussions and thematic sessions focused on the development of space infrastructure and the space industry, expanding access to space technologies, and the use of artificial intelligence and advanced innovative solutions.

The meetings also paid special attention to the training of specialists in the space sector, space exploration, and the development of international cooperation in monitoring the Earth and the oceans.

An exhibition showcasing new achievements, modern developments and innovative solutions in the space industry has also been organized within the framework of the International Space Summit. Turkmenistan is taking part in discussions aimed at developing cooperation in the space sector within this international platform.
