National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, having visited a picturesque corner at the foot of the Kopetdag, reviewed the conditions being created for Akhal-Teke horses, as well as the measures being taken for their breeding. This was reported by the State News Agency of Turkmenistan.

The splendor of the foothills and the pre-dawn appearance of Ashgabat create harmony and have a beneficial effect on people, lifting the spirits. From afar, the monument to the outstanding poet and thinker of the East, Magtymguly Pyragy, is visible, who, as if admiring the beauty of the country's main city, calls for great achievements in the name of a happy life for the people.

Following the avenue that has become a vivid symbol of the Fatherland's sovereignty, Hero-Arkadag arrived at a structure built in honor of the legendary steed Yanardag, whose image adorns the State Emblem of Turkmenistan.

Here, the Head of the Administrative Affairs of the Administration of the President of Turkmenistan, Kh. Khajymyradov, informed Hero-Arkadag in detail about the features of the construction of this avenue, noting that all the work was carried out in accordance with international standards. He also reported on the landscaping of the territory adjacent to the ring road section.

As was emphasized, the entire work process on this route — from laying the stone, leveling, to compacting the road surface — was carried out in accordance with best practice. Special materials were used in its construction, and the quality of the work meets international standards and modern requirements. In particular, the road consists of a three-layer, high-quality asphalt surface that meets established norms.

Hero-Arkadag then drove around the "Ýanardag" structure.

The road's lighting system is equipped with innovative technologies.

The modernization of the highway was carried out in accordance with the achievements of scientific and technical progress. Special attention was paid to the application of best practices, including ensuring the smoothness of the road surface.

The trees planted along the highway have a beneficial effect on the ecology of the area. The road signs and granite blocks along the road fully meet the requirements of the times and international standards.

Great importance is attached to the strength of the bridges over mudflow channels, and to the durability and quality of the building materials used in their construction. It should be noted that questions of collecting mudflow waters and the possibilities of their secondary use were studied on a scientific basis.

Every day of the current year, held under the motto "Independent Neutral Turkmenistan — Homeland of Purposeful Winged Steeds," is marked by events of historical significance and labor victories. In the image of the renowned Akhal-Teke horses, the glorious life path of the ancestors, their noble principles carefully preserved for descendants, as well as the high achievements of the modern era, find reflection.

As President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasizes, today the fame of the admired Turkmen steed has spread throughout the world. Our "heavenly" horses, rightfully considered the standard of world horse breeding, are the treasure and legacy of the people. Yanardag, who has become a national pride and is depicted on the State Emblem, has made a significant contribution to enhancing the fame of Akhal-Teke horses in the world.

As Hero-Arkadag noted, monuments to magnificent horses are being erected during road construction and in various corners of the Fatherland, including in places where Akhal-Teke horses are bred. It was also emphasized that the Turkmen people, especially young people, take pride in the "heavenly" steeds, which are a national treasure. In this connection, emphasis was placed on the importance of a responsible approach to the work being carried out in this direction.

In horse breeding in our country, best practices are applied in combination with the traditions of Turkmen horse breeding.

Hero-Arkadag, who holds Akhal-Teke horses in special esteem, arrived at the "Atly aýlaw" ring road. The placement of sculptures of Akhal-Teke horses — the pride of the Turkmen people — along the fully modernized route demonstrates that horses, which possess human-like qualities, have been and remain, over the centuries, unchanging and faithful companions of people.

Here, Vice-President of the International Association of Akhal-Teke Horse Breeding and the "Türkmen alabaý itleri" Association, B. Rejepov, reported to the National Leader of the Turkmen people on the landscaping of the ring road and the modernization of the roadside infrastructure, including the lighting system.

Ensuring high quality in the work related to Akhal-Teke horses enhances the picturesque beauty of this corner, which overall has a beneficial effect on people, noted Hero-Arkadag, giving relevant managers valuable recommendations and advice in this regard. The horse sculpture installed here is made in white, which corresponds to the wise Turkmen saying "Ak zat – alnyňa ýagşy" [roughly: "A white thing bodes well"], and the horse's forward motion symbolizes the advancement of our Fatherland toward the heights of progress.

Early in the morning, the sky in the East begins to brighten: the sun, rising above the horizon, announces the coming of a new day, which is perceived as prosperity descending upon Turkmen land. Such a captivating view reveals all the splendor of the native land's nature in every season.

The history of Akhal-Teke horses spans several thousand years. Today their fame continues to grow. In the modern era, horse breeders and hippologists of the world are showing great interest in the scientific study of Akhal-Teke horses, their origin, and the特features of their coat. This demonstrates that the "heavenly" horses — a national treasure given by the Turkmen people to the world — are recognized as a standard of beauty at the international level.

Continuing on his way, Hero-Arkadag arrived at the fully modernized Akhal-Teke Equestrian Complex of the President of Turkmenistan.

The main attraction of the complex is a unique structure installed on its grounds, symbolizing the globe, above which a foal figurine is placed. Here, the rector of the Aba Annaev International Academy of Horse Breeding, P. Bayramdurdyev, spoke about the features of the sculptural composition.

Being a unique art object in the region, conveying the inseparable connection between horses and nature, the composition embodies a globe made of butterfly figures. There is special meaning in this: among many peoples of the world, including the Turkmens, the butterfly has long been associated with openness of soul and is considered a symbol of rebirth, love, beauty, freedom and peace. Its life cycle reflects the overcoming of difficulties, spiritual growth, and natural unity with nature. The wings of butterflies embody freedom, the beauty of life, and grace.

The composition installed in the homeland of the "heavenly" horses conveys the full refinement of the creations of the Turkmen people.

Hero-Arkadag highly praised the original execution of the art object, with the foal placed "atop the world." Overall, the composition featuring the image of the Akhal-Teke horse — the pride of the Turkmen people — symbolizes its international recognition as a genuine standard of beauty and perfection.

It is gratifying to note that a studio for photographing with horses has been created on the complex's grounds. Sets depicting the four seasons will provide vivid impressions for those wishing to be photographed with the horses.

In a special zone, a seaside landscape has been recreated, where, using the latest technology, one can capture a horse on the shore of the Caspian. Photographs with a horse leisurely strolling at the water's edge will leave pleasant memories.

In addition, a landscape of blooming green plains, conveying all the charm of nature's spring awakening, will be of great interest to those wishing to take photos in the studio. The green expanses in spring, as broad as the soul of a Turkmen, present a picturesque view to the eye, reminiscent of a luxurious carpet. And photographs with a magnificent horse amid this blooming splendor will awaken the brightest and most joyful feelings in young people.

The enchanting landscapes of the Karakum expanses make it possible to recreate the image of a horse strolling across high dunes. Photographs against such a backdrop, with horses in festive attire, will leave people with pleasant memories.

Snow covering the mountains in winter awakens the brightest feelings. A photograph with a horse against the backdrop of snow-capped foothills will leave an indelible impression on everyone.

Having reviewed the arrangement of the photo studio, Hero-Arkadag noted the advisability of ensuring the necessary conditions in it so that young people can be photographed, and bakhshi [traditional bards/musicians] and musicians can create colorful scenes. Modern equipment will make it possible to capture the happy beginning of a shared journey for newlyweds, preserving beautiful moments of life and the most wonderful pages of youth.

As is known, given the importance of ensuring an uninterrupted supply of feed for the horses kept at the Akhal-Teke Equestrian Complex of the President of Turkmenistan, land plots have been allocated on its grounds for growing various crops. Carrots and apples, considered important components of the horses' diet, are cultivated there.

The National Leader of the Turkmen people approached the carrot plot. Here, Vice-President of the International Association of Akhal-Teke Horse Breeding and the "Türkmen alabaý itleri" Association, B. Rejepov, reported that feed crops for the horses kept here are grown on the complex's grounds, and that this year a rich harvest of local varieties of carrots and apples has been grown. The first carrot harvest has already been gathered.

From the experience of the national school of horse breeding, it is known that carrots are one of the important components of the horses' diet. It has been proven that they ensure the harmonious development of horses, their growth and health. Carrots grown in the foothills are of particularly high nutritional value.

In addition, apple orchards are maintained here to provide for the horses. Given the traditions of national horse breeding and many years of experience, this fruit is also considered an exceptionally useful, environmentally clean food. The local variety, cultivated on Turkmen soil since ancient times, was considered the most valuable feed for horses.

The National Leader of the Turkmen people noted the exceptional value of carrots and apples as important dietary components: such food is not only nutritious but also beneficial for the health and joints of horses. Speaking of this, Hero-Arkadag recommended that the relevant managers study the issues of expanding the areas under feed crops for horses and introducing similar experience in the city of Arkadag.

An important step in this matter will be support for youth initiatives, especially the mastering of best practices and experience by students of the Aba Annaev International Academy of Horse Breeding.

At that moment, horses were led out into an open paddock and began galloping across the spacious ground. Their fervor and liveliness reflected the country's rapid development and the inseparable bond between man and horse.

Hero-Arkadag's magnificent steed, as if sensing the special attention, became even more elated. The way it raced like a whirlwind across the spacious paddock reflected its striving to achieve set goals. In this enthusiasm of the horse, sincere gratitude for the wonderful conditions created for it was manifested.

Hero-Arkadag holds the "heavenly" steeds, which are a national pride, in special esteem. This moment vividly reflected the close bond between horse and man, as well as the devotion of the Akhal-Teke horses, and served as a striking testament to the great attention paid at the state level to the breeding of Akhal-Teke horses. In all of this, the remarkable qualities of the Akhal-Teke horses, possessing a sensitivity characteristic of humans, were once again revealed.
