Noting that the traditional relations of friendship and brotherhood between Turkmenistan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are distinguished by a high level of mutual understanding and close cooperation, the Head of State expressed firm confidence that cooperation will continue to steadily develop and strengthen in the interests of both peoples.
