The President of Turkmenistan and Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a Decree stating that, in recognition of their contribution to strengthening the nation’s defense capabilities and their significant achievements in upholding the rule of law and public order, maintaining social stability, the conscientious fulfillment of their sacred military duty, as well as on the occasion of the glorious 35th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s Independence, in accordance with paragraph 15 of Article 71 of the Constitution of Turkmenistan, a group of military personnel and employees of the country’s military and law enforcement agencies have been awarded military and special ranks, as well as class ranks.
