On October 30, as part of his working visit to the Republic of Türkiýe, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov received Ahmet Çalyk, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the «Çalik Holding» group of companies. This was reported by the State News Agency of Turkmenistan.

At the beginning of the meeting, the businessman highlighted the historical significance of the Head of Turkmenistan's visit to the Republic of Türkiýe. Ahmet Çalyk warmly congratulated the President Serdar Berdimuhamedov on being awarded an honorary doctorate in international relations from Hacettepe University and the "Strategic Friendship Badge" by the Foreign Economic Relations Board of Türkiye. The businessman also requested that his warm greetings and best wishes be conveyed to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

The Head of State expressed gratitude for the kind words, emphasizing that Turkmen-Turkish friendly and brotherly relations are steadily strengthening and that cooperation is successfully developing across multiple sectors. It was noted that Turkmenistan remains committed to the principles of equality, mutual understanding, and respect in its foreign economic policy.

Ahmet Çalyk expressed his sincere appreciation for the high level of trust reposed in him and assured that his company would approach its contractual obligations with the utmost responsibility. He also expressed gratitude to the leadership of Turkmenistan for creating favorable conditions for Turkish entrepreneurs to work productively in the country.
