The National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has sent a congratulatory letter to the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov on the occasion of the conferral on the Head of State of the academic degree «Honorary Doctor of International Relations» by Hacettepe University and the award of the «Strategic Friendship» badge by the Foreign Economic Relations Board of the Republic of Türkiye (DEIK).
As noted in the letter, the awards were presented during the President’s working visit to the Republic of Türkiye to take part in the 13th Summit of Heads of State of the Organization of Turkic States.
The Hero-Arkadag described the conferral on the President of Turkmenistan of the academic degree «Honorary Doctor of International Relations» by Hacettepe University, one of the leading scientific research and educational centers of Türkiye, as evidence of broad recognition of the contribution of Arkadagly Hero-Serdar to the development of international cooperation, the strengthening of mutual understanding between states and peoples, and the promotion of peaceful dialogue.
According to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, thousands of Turkmen young men and women are receiving education in the Republic of Türkiye, and scientific and academic ties with universities of the fraternal country are consistent.
The «Strategic Friendship» badge of the Foreign Economic Relations Board of the Republic of Türkiye, as stated in the letter, is the highest recognition of efforts in developing mutual trade and entrepreneurship, increasing investment activity and implementing large joint projects. The Republic of Türkiye is named as one of the largest trade partners of Turkmenistan. This is clearly confirmed by the implementation of thousands of projects by well-known Turkish companies within large-scale programs aimed at the socio-economic development of the Homeland.
The National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov wished the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov good health, longevity and further success in activities aimed at strengthening friendly and fraternal relations with the countries of the world.
