On October 31, Esteemed President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov chaired a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers via digital system. Key issues of the country's state affairs were discussed during the meeting, as reported by the State News Agency of Turkmenistan.

During the meeting, reports were presented on the modernization of the legislative framework and the outcomes of the 4th Interparliamentary Forum of Central Asian States held in Tajikistan.

The activities of the economic, financial, and banking sectors, as well as international cooperation on reducing methane emissions in the oil and gas sector, were reviewed.

Also discussed were seasonal work in the agricultural sector, preparations for the Harvest Festival and the nationwide tree-planting campaign, the improvement of the power energy base, and measures for participation in the exhibition to be organized within the framework of the 31st Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP31) in the Republic of Türkiye.

Instructions were issued regarding festive events scheduled for November, opening ceremonies for new facilities, and the 13th Turkmen-German Health Forum.

Updates were provided on the outcomes of the 13th Summit of the Organization of Turkic States and the ongoing efforts to implement the Resolution «2028 — Year of International Law».

At the conclusion of the meeting, progress on modernizing the material and technical base of civil aviation was reviewed, and the Head of State adopted relevant decisions.
