In Turkmenistan, representatives of the fair sex will receive money gifts on the occasion of the International Women's Day on March 8. Today, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the corresponding Order, the Information Program "Watan" of the Turkmen Television reported.
Gifts in the amount of 60 manats are intended for all women of the country.
According to the document, they will be awarded to women working at enterprises, institutions and organizations, regardless of ownership, receiving pensions and state benefits, studying in postgraduate, doctoral and clinical residency on the job, students of the courses of the Academy of Public Service under the President of Turkmenistan with a period of study of, at least, two academic years, as well as students, schoolgirls and pupils of preschool institutions
Traditionally, money gifts in honor of March 8 will be delivered in a solemn ceremony from March 1 to March 6.
Signing the relevant Order, Berdimuhamedov stressed that establishment of all conditions for happy life of compatriots is one of the priorities of the state policy under implementation.
