The President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuahmedov signed a Resolution on approval of the composition of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Russian Commission for Economic Coooperation from the Turkmen side today, reported the State News Agency of Turkmenistan.
In recent years bilateral cooperation has been developing dynamically in the political, trade, economic, humanitarian and many other spheres, that correspond to the interests of the two friendly peoples. And this document will strengthen efforts aimed at the implementation of bilateral agreements reached between Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation.
Earlier it was reported, that the esteemed President Serdar Berdimuhamedov assigned the duties of the Chairman of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Russian Commission on Economic Cooperation to the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs Rashid Meredov.
It should be noted, that the establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and Russian Federation is 30 years old.
