The XII meeting of the International Association of Ahal-Teke Horse Breeding under the chairmanship of the esteemed President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov was held on April 20. During the meeting with the relevant Decree of the head of state, seven domestic specialists were awarded the honorary title “Honored Horse Breeder of Turkmenistan”, reports the State News Agency of Turkmenistan.
The title of “Honored Horse Breeder of Turkmenistan” was awarded to the seis of the Ahal-Teke Equestrian Complex of the President of Turkmenistan Shirmyrat Agamyradov and Salyh Rahymov, a private horse breeder from the Balkan velayat Kerimberdi Egengylyjov, a tenant of the daihan association “Baydak” of the Gubadag etrap of the Dashoguz velayat Shukur Seilibayev, a private horse breeder from the Balkan velayat Lebap velayat Shamyrat Gundogdyyev, private horse breeder from Mary velayat Ihlas Potraev.
The esteemed President of Turkmenistan awarded the same title to two foreign horse breeders - the head of the Ahal-Teke horse breeding farm of the Republic of Uzbekistan Uzbegim Avaz Ismoilov and the general director of the economic society of Japan Ahal-Teke Affinity Co.LTD Michiko Aoe.
The head of state congratulated the award recipients, thanking them for their hard work to increase the world fame of the Ahal-Teke horses, increase their gene pool and wished everyone good health and new professional success.
Esteemed President Serdar Berdimuhamedov also invited the guests to participate in the celebrations on the occasion of the National Day of the Turkmen Horse, which this year will be celebrated on April 24.
