Open Joint Stock Company "Awtoulag karhanalar birleshigi" has announced the launch of an online taxi service on the territory of Ashgabat. You can book a trip using a phone call to the short number 0656 and in the Ynamly taksi mobile application.
At the moment, the application is available for download only on Google Play, but it will soon appear in the App Store.
According to OJSC, after installing the application on a smartphone to order a taxi, you only need to enter the exact destination address or select it on the map. The program will determine the user's location using GPS and inform the driver about the coordinates of a potential passenger.
SMS messages will be sent to the passenger about the confirmation of the order and the arrival of the car. The cost of the trip is formed from the selected fare and the length of the route. Its approximate price will be displayed in the application.
A notification with the final cost of the trip will be sent to the passenger's phone after the taxi arrives at the destination.
For additional convenience of users, the application displays the history of trips and the "favorite points" function is available, where you can specify the addresses to which trips are most often made.
Currently, you can only pay for the order in cash, but in the near future it is planned to introduce payment by bank card through the driver's terminal, as well as online payments.
