A ceremonial event dedicated to the 2026 motto — “Independent Neutral Turkmenistan – the Homeland of purposeful winged horses” as well as a presentation of the book by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov "Neutrality of Turkmenistan – Bright Path of Peace and Trust" was held at the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Ukraine on February 4, 2026.
Opening the event, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Ukraine Toyly Atayev emphasized in his speech that the celebration of the anniversary of independence in the context of the 2026 motto underscores the harmonious combination of historical traditions and modern aspirations of Turkmenistan, and the image of Akhal-Teke winged steeds serves as a vivid symbol of the country's confident movement forward, toward new achievements, prosperity and well-being.
As part of the event, a presentation of the book by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov "Neutrality of Turkmenistan – Bright Path of Peace and Trust" was held. Ataev emphasized that the book represents a profound political-philosophical work, in which the foundations of Turkmenistan's neutral foreign policy, its international recognition and practical implementation in the conditions of modern global challenges are systematically set forth.
During the event, a diplomat from the Embassy delivered a thematic report to the participants, in which he highlighted the key provisions of the book, its significance for understanding the current stage of Turkmenistan's development, as well as the role of youth in implementing the strategic tasks outlined by the President of the country.
