Students of the capital's School for Training Young Olympians turned to Hero-Arkadag with a request to visit the Olympic Complex and familiarize themselves with its facilities. Hero-Arkadag fulfilled the children's request – and now the young athletes, whose main principle is to make a worthy contribution to the future development of national sports, have visited the Olympic Complex.
Representatives of the young generation visited the museum of the Olympic Complex, where Vice President of the Charity Fund for Providing Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Rejep Bazarov, thoroughly acquainted the youth with the features of hosting the Asian Games in Ashgabat, which included competitions in 21 sports.
Then representatives of the young generation familiarized themselves with the preparations for the international football tournament at the Olympic Complex, where the "Arkadag" team was training for the upcoming AFC Champions League II Round of 16 match against the "Al-Nassr" football team from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Here, members of the "Arkadag" football club spoke with students of the School for Training Young Olympians. Team players presented commemorative gifts to the children on behalf of Hero-Arkadag. The young athletes said it was a great honor for them to receive gifts from the hands of renowned masters, and gratefully accepted the footballs and sweets. This event became an unforgettable moment in the lives of the young generation of Turkmen footballers.
