Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Tangryguly Atakhallyev reported on the activities of the agricultural complex and the progress of seasonal campaigns in the provinces.
As reported, care is currently being carried out on wheat-planted fields in accordance with agrotechnical standards. On areas allocated for cotton sowing, work is being conducted on leveling, ridging, irrigation, and preparing seeds of this crop for the upcoming season.
In the provinces, land is being prepared for the spring sowing of vegetables and melons, along with the preparation of their seed material. At the same time, planting of potatoes and vegetables continues.
Currently, in the forestry enterprises under the Ministry of Nature Protection, seedlings of various plants are being prepared for spring tree planting.
Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized the importance of implementing work for the comprehensive development of the agricultural sector and maintaining wheat fields according to agrotechnical standards. The Head of State also instructed the Deputy Prime Minister to carry out agrotechnical measures on areas allocated for cotton sowing.
