Chairwoman of the Parliament of Turkmenistan, Dunyagozel Gulmanova, reported on preparations for events dedicated to International Women’s Day in the cities of Ashgabat and Arkadag. In particular, it was noted that work is underway to organize high-level ceremonies honoring mothers who have given birth to and raised eight or more children, who have been awarded the Honorary Title of Turkmenistan “Ene mähri,” and to present them with keys to new apartments.
Subsequently, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a Decree conferring the Honorary Title of Turkmenistan “Ene mähri” on mothers with many children and emphasized that International Women’s Day on March 8 will be widely celebrated.
In this context, the Head of State highlighted the importance of organizing and ensuring high-level events to honor the women awarded the Honorary Title of Turkmenistan “Ene mähri” on the occasion of the holiday and to present them with apartment keys.
