The head of state continued by emphasizing that International Women's Day will be widely celebrated in the country and signed a corresponding document moving the day off from March 8 to Monday, March 9. Taking the opportunity, President Berdimuhamedov warmly congratulated mothers, women, and girls on International Women's Day.
