The capital of China, Beijing, hosted a presentation of the Turkmen-Chinese Investment Forum, which is scheduled to take place in Ashgabat on April 28–30 of this year. Held on March 13, the event was organized by the China Overseas Development Association (CODA) with the support of the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the People's Republic of China and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan.
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the PRC, Parahat Durdyyev, spoke at the event, providing detailed insights into the country's investment potential. He specifically emphasized the stability of Turkmenistan's macroeconomic indicators and the incentives provided for foreign partners.
During the presentation, representatives of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan introduced priority projects, highlighting key sectors such as raw material processing and export, transport and logistics, as well as China's integration into transit corridors passing through Turkmenistan.
The event concluded with a direct networking session, allowing Chinese entrepreneurs to discuss cooperation opportunities with the Turkmen delegation.
