A Japanese-language public speaking competition was held in Turkmenistan
A Japanese-language public speaking competition was held on February 27 at theTurkmen National Institute of World Languages named after D. Azadi. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Turkmenistan, Hiroshi Sasaki, participated in the event. A total of 12 students participated in the competition. Six of them presented on a free topic, while the others spoke on a designated topic. They also demonstrated their daily Japanese language learning progress. When evaluating the results, the expert committee considered the content of the presentations, the accuracy of the speech, and compliance with all requirements. The winners were presented with honorary diplomas and commemorative gifts from the Japanese side. Source: International Information Center of Turkmenistan
