The Turkmen exhibition is featured at the XXXIII Minsk International Book Fair, which opened on March 17. This year, the forum brought together about 500 exhibitors from 23 countries. One of the central themes of the fair this year is the 35th anniversary of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
At the Turkmen stand, books by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and the National Leader of the Turkmen people Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov are on display. The organizers also exhibited works of classic Turkmen poets translated into foreign languages.
The visual part of the pavilion was complemented by items of decorative and applied arts, including handmade carpets and national costumes with traditional embroidery.
