President Serdar Berdimuhamedow received congratulatory letters from foreign colleagues on the occasion of the International Nowruz Holiday.
“Please accept my warmest congratulations on the traditional spring holiday of Nowruz.
The relations between Russia and Turkmenistan are of a deep strategic partnership. I am confident that they will continue to develop successfully in all areas for the benefit of our friendly peoples and in the interests of ensuring security and stability in Central Asia and the Caspian region,” wrote Russian President Vladimir Putin in his letter.
“On my own behalf and on behalf of the people of the Kyrgyz Republic, I sincerely congratulate you and the brotherly people of Turkmenistan on the occasion of Nowruz.
This blessed spring holiday, reflecting high moral ideals, contributes to spiritual renewal, creativity, and harmony, filling our hearts with joy, happiness, and hope for a bright future,” noted Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov.
The President of Turkmenistan also received congratulations from Governor of Astrakhan Region of the Russian Federation Igor Babushkin, Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States Kubanychbek Omuraliev, Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission Bakytzhan Sagintayev, Chairman of the CIS Intergovernmental Coordinating Council on Seed Production Ivan Kuzmin, and Chairman of the Caucasus Muslims’ Office and Co-Chair of the CIS Interreligious Council Sheikh-ul-Islam Allahshukur Pashazade.
