As noted in the message, the Turkmen people are characterized by kindness, nobility, mutual respect and deference. All this, together with material and spiritual values, religious and secular views, is for us the basis of creation and prosperity. Thus, holidays and glorious dates glorifying traditions and customs, faith and foundations, we celebrate widely and with enthusiasm. The night of omnipotence, when the Almighty sent down the first verses of the Holy Quran, calls for spiritual purity, humanism. This is a night of holiness, abundance and pacification, when, in accordance with ancient traditions, sadaqa - "agzachar" is given, blessings are given, wishes to each other a peaceful, happy and prosperous life, "tarawa" prayers are performed and prayers are offered.
The traditions of Gadyr gijesi of the month of Oraz, which calls for achieving enlightenment through physical and spiritual perfection, are a combination of the ideas of our ancestors about mercy and justice. In order to ensure prosperity in our society, to strengthen its unity, we carry out an act of pardon for convicts on the occasion of Gadyr gijesi.
