A delegation of Turkmenistan, led by Vice-Premier Nokerguly Atagulyyev, is paying an official visit to Georgia. As part of the visit, the head of the Turkmen delegation met with the Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Kobakhidze, on March 30. During the meeting, warm greetings and best wishes from the President of Turkmenistan and the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty were conveyed to the leaders of the friendly state. The parties noted with satisfaction the dynamic development of friendly and productive cooperation between the two countries, emphasizing its success in a multilateral format, particularly within the UN framework. They discussed important issues regarding the further development of cooperation in trade-economic, transport-energy, and cultural-humanitarian fields. At the conclusion of the meeting, the sides confirmed their commitment to maintaining contacts at various levels and making every effort to implement the reached agreements in practice.
