During his visit to the Republic of Austria, the National Leader of the Turkmen People, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Hero-Arkadag met with UN Under-Secretary-General Rabab Fatima. This was reported by the online newspaper “Turkmenistan: Golden age”.

The meeting particularly emphasized the importance of Turkmenistan’s long-standing and multifaceted cooperation with the United Nations and its specialized agencies.

In this context, attention was drawn to the significance of the Third United Nations Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries, held in August 2025 in the National Tourist Zone “Awaza”.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the National Leader of the Turkmen People reaffirmed Turkmenistan’s readiness to further expand mutually beneficial cooperation with the United Nations and its specialized institutions.
