On April 28, 2026, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Rashid Meredov, held a briefing dedicated to the most significant events in the international life of Turkmenistan since the beginning of the current year. This was reported by the press service of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

During the briefing, the head of the foreign policy agency of Turkmenistan highlighted key aspects of the country’s international activities, carried out in accordance with Concept of the Foreign Policy Course of Neutral Turkmenistan for 2022–2028.

The Foreign Minister emphasized the particular importance of foreign visits by President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov and National Leader of the Turkmen people Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

Special attention was given to the results of Hero-Arkadag’s visits to the United States of America, the People’s Republic of China, and the Republic of Austria.

The briefing also underlined Turkmenistan’s consistent commitment to the principles of neutrality, peace, good-neighborliness, and mutually beneficial cooperation.

Representatives of foreign embassies and international organizations also delivered comments during the briefing.
