Around 300 Turkmen pilgrims to travel to Saudi Arabia for Hajj

President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution authorizing 289 pilgrims to travel to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to perform the Hajj pilgrimage during the period from May 21 to June 11, 2026. This was reported by online newspaper «Turkmenistan: Golden age».
According to the document, the State service «Türkmenhowaýollary» has been instructed to organize a special flight to transport the pilgrims to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and back, with the costs covered by the State service.
