President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed decrees appointing and dismissing several prosecutors. This was reported by the online newspaper «Turkmenistan: Golden age».

According to the decree, adopted in accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On the Prosecutor's Office of Turkmenistan», second-class lawyer Dovrangeldi Kakageldiyev has been appointed as a prosecutor of city of Turkmenbashi for overseeing compliance with the law in correctional facilities. Junior Justice Advisor Rahat Karyyev, who held this position, has been relieved of his duties due to expiration of his term.

In another decree, the Head of State made a broader range of personnel changes. Thus:

Justice Advisor Taylyyev Nejep Mammetamanovich has been appointed Deputy Prosecutor of Mary velayat;

Junior Justice Advisor Novruz Gurbanovich Amanov has been appointed Prosecutor of Sarahs etrap, Ahal velayat, relieving him of his post as Prosecutor of Gyzylarbat etrap, Balkan velayat.

Junior Justice Advisor Agamyrat Italmazovich Abdyllayev has been appointed Prosecutor of Gyzylarbat trap, Balkan velayat, relieving him of his post as Prosecutor of Boldumsaz etrap, Dashoguz velayat.

Second-class Lawyer Perhatberdi Ahmetberdiyevich Mededov has been appointed Prosecutor of the Boldumsaz etrap, Dashoguz velayat.

Second-class Lawyer Aymyrat Baymyradovich Sahedov has been appointed Prosecutor of city of Dashoguz, Dashoguz velayat.

Second-class Lawyer Charyyarmuhammet Orazmuhammedovich Garajayev has been appointed Prosecutor of Sayat etrap, Lebap velayat.

Junior Justice Advisor Shohrat Sapardurdyyevich Tayev has been relieved of his post as Prosecutor of the Sarahs etrap, Ahal velayat, due to expiration of his term;

Junior Justice Advisor Toyly Allaberdievich Byashimov has been relieved of his post as Prosecutor of Sayat etrap, Lebap velayat, due to the expiration of his term;

Junior Justice Advisor Rahym Charyyarovich Charyyev has been relieved of his post as Prosecutor of city of Dashoguz, Dashoguz velayat.
