In honor of Constitution Day and the State Flag Day of Turkmenistan, employees of a «Morinžgeologiýa» Service Enterprises Group climbed one of the most inaccessible peaks on the planet — the Nepali eight-thousander Annapurna (8,091 m). This was reported by an online newspaper «Turkmenistan: Golden age».
At the summit, the climbers unfurled the sacred green flag of Turkmenistan — a symbol of unwavering statehood, triumph of will, and national unity.
The Annapurna expedition has further enriched the impressive list of achievements of the professional team of the «Morinžgeologiýa» Holding. Previously, experienced climbers of the group have successfully conquered such iconic peaks as Everest, K2 (Chogori), Manaslu, Aconcagua, Ama Dablam, Kilimanjaro, Ararat, Mont Blanc, and Matterhorn.
Following an established tradition, the State Flag of Turkmenistan is consistently raised at each of these remote and inaccessible points of the planet.
