Today, the Day of the Constitution and the State Flag of Turkmenistan is widely and solemnly celebrated in our country. On the occasion of the national holiday, the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov addressed a festive Congratulatory Message to the people of the country. In his Address, the Head of State particularly emphasized that our Basic Law, which recognizes the human being as the highest value, and our State Flag, which is the eternal symbol of our Independence, Neutrality, and unity, are the most sacred values of our people.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that the Constitution serves as a solid foundation for our country's peace-loving and good-neighborly principles in the international arena. Currently, our state, relying on these sacred values, is achieving tremendous success in building a legal and secular state and a just civil society, as well as successfully implementing large-scale socio-economic reforms. The festive events organized in all our cities and villages, especially in the cities of Ashgabat and Arkadag, inspire our people to new achievements and further strengthen our unity.

Touching upon international cooperation, the Head of State mentioned that Turkmenistan, remaining faithful to its policy of positive Neutrality, consistently develops friendly relations with the world's leading authoritative organizations, such as the United Nations, the European Union, the Commonwealth of Independent States, and with other nations. It was noted that the latest historical transformations carried out in the country, including the second phase of the construction of Arkadag city and the building of innovative production enterprises, are aimed at further improving the living standards of our people.

The esteemed President once again congratulated our people on the national holiday, wishing all compatriots good health, a peaceful, happy, and prosperous life, as well as great success in their work directed toward the further flourishing of our beloved Motherland.
