On the occasion of the Day of the Constitution of Turkmenistan and the State Flag of Turkmenistan, a ceremony was held in the city of Arkadag to hand over the keys to apartments in modern residential buildings with all amenities. The ceremony was attended by the leaders of the city of Arkadag and its departments, respected elders, silver-haired mothers, numerous residents and guests of the city, as well as representatives of public organizations and the mass media.

The celebration unfolding in front of the decorated residential building symbolized the multifaceted nature of the cultural program of holiday events in our country. Enthusiastic performances by artists of the Aman Gulmammedov State Drama Theater of Arkadag city, the dutar player ensemble of the Sakhi Dzhepbarov Special School of Arts, the joint dance groups of the Shukur Bakhshi Children's School of Arts, as well as masters of culture and art, uplifted the joy of the families moving into the new homes. The keys to the new apartments were presented to them in a solemn atmosphere.
