On May 17–18, 2026, the Tbilisi TV Tower was illuminated in the colors of a State Flag of Turkmenistan on the occasion of the national holiday celebrated in the country — Constitution Day and the State Flag Day of Turkmenistan. This was reported by an online newspaper «Turkmenistan: Golden age».

The festive illumination of one of the symbols of Tbilisi highlights the significance of national holidays, as well as respect for historical traditions and state values.

This symbolic action represents friendship, cooperation, and cultural mutual understanding between the two peoples, and also serves as evidence of the high level of Turkmen-Georgian relations.
