On May 20, a Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Mahri Bashimova held a working meeting with representatives of UN agencies in Turkmenistan, in particular UNDP, UNICEF, and UNFPA. This was reported by a press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

During the meeting, the sides discussed current issues of cooperation.

Participants exchanged views on the possibility of holding a joint event dedicated to International Children’s Day. The meeting noted the state’s comprehensive care for the younger generation.
