Our esteemed President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent a heartfelt congratulatory message to his dear compatriots and residents of the capital on the occasion of Ashgabat City Day. This was reported by the electronic newspaper "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".

In his message, the Head of State noted that the white-marble capital is transforming beyond recognition during the Revival of the New Era of the Powerful State, and emphasized that the main goal of large-scale investment programs is to ensure a prosperous life for the city's population.

The inclusion of Ashgabat in the Guinness World Records as the city with the highest density of white-marble buildings, as well as its admission into the UNESCO Creative Cities Network, has raised its international reputation to new heights. The fact that the city's festive celebrations coincide with the "Last Bell" ceremony marked in schools further elevates the high spirits of the people. Furthermore, the location of the headquarters of the United Nations Regional Centre for Preventive Diplomacy for Central Asia in Ashgabat strengthens the capital's diplomatic role.

The President specially emphasized that the immense construction work carried out in the capital, which is the "Pearl of Asia", is a source of pride for all our people. At the end of his address, the Head of State wished our people and the residents of the capital robust health, a long life, family well-being, and new achievements in their work.
