The joyful laughter of children and beautiful musical performances by our beloved children—the flowers of our lives—resound everywhere, glorifying our powerful state, our native people, our wonderful era, friendship, and prosperity, while celebrating throughout the world our independent and permanently neutral Motherland, the land of a happy childhood», the Head of State noted.

«In our country, children are surrounded by special care and love, because comprehensive support for the younger generation—the future of our mighty Motherland—is one of the priority areas of state policy.

That is why, in our sovereign Fatherland, the rights and freedoms of children are firmly upheld and protected. Conditions are created for them to receive a modern education, embrace the noble principles of patriotism, humanism, and family values, develop their talents, abilities, and skills, broaden their horizons, and enjoy a happy life. In the cities of Ashgabat and Arkadag, as well as throughout the regions of the country, comfortable kindergartens, secondary schools, recreation centers, and parks that meet international standards are being systematically built», the President emphasized.
