A National Leader of the Turkmen People, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, congratulated Serdar Berdimuhamedov on International Children's Day. The Hero-Arkadag wished the Head of State good health, longevity, and continued success in his noble endeavors. This was reported by an online newspaper «Turkmenistan: Golden age».

«Children are the beautiful flowers of life, the pride of our hearts, and the adornment of our homes. That is why every effort is being made in our beloved Motherland to ensure that young citizens of Turkmenistan receive a достойное education and upbringing, engage in sports and creative activities, and develop their abilities and talents. Year after year, the number of kindergartens, schools, sports, health, and entertainment centers being built and commissioned in our capital, a city of Arkadag, and throughout the velayats continues to grow. Every year, mothers who have given birth to and raised eight or more children are awarded the honorary title of Turkmenistan, «Ene mähri». Large families are provided with comfortable apartments and well-developed surrounding infrastructure, which serves as clear evidence of the comprehensive care demonstrated by the state», the Hero-Arkadag noted.

The message also emphasized the significance of the International Children's Day, which is widely celebrated in Turkmenistan. It was noted that the country consistently fulfills its international obligations in the field of child rights protection and continues to strengthen cooperation with UNICEF.
