A President of Turkmenistan appoints the first Ambassador to Brunei Darussalam

On June 18, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a decree appointing the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Malaysia Mashalov Mukhammetnyyaz Badyyevich (city of Kuala Lumpur) simultaneously as Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the State of Brunei Darussalam. This was reported by an online newspaper «Turkmenistan: Golden Age».
It is worth recalling that diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and the State of Brunei Darussalam were established on February 22, 1999.
