The President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, sent a Message of Congratulations on the occasion of the Day of Cultural and Art Workers, as well as the Poetry of Magtymguly Fragi. This was reported by the electronic newspaper Turkmenistan: Golden Age.

"Today, in the Epoch of the Revival of the New Era of the Powerful State, significant measures of historical scale are being taken in the political, economic, and cultural life of our sovereign Motherland. Thus, a new meaningful content is being acquired by cultural events, competitions, and exhibitions that are organized to develop and popularize national culture and art in the world. The reforms implemented in all areas inspire the figures of the creative workshop to create wonderful and exemplary works.

Modern achievements in the domestic sphere of culture have a significant impact on the spiritual revival of society, multiplying the feeling of love for the Motherland among our happy citizens. In this regard, the joint celebration of the Day of Cultural and Art Workers and the Day of Poetry of Magtymguly Fragi is noteworthy: the double holiday fully reflects the fulfillment, in our beautiful era, of the poet and thinker's aspirations for a sovereign state, and expresses our deep reverence for his personality and heritage," the Head of State noted.

"Culture and art are a spiritual asset of the people, incomparable in value to anything else. Culture plays a special role in preserving the national heritage, in particular, ancient values, traditions, and customs. Art, on the other hand, possesses an amazing power that awakens the best qualities in everyone. And therefore, our main task is to ensure favorable conditions so that creative figures, who have linked their destiny with culture, art, and literature, create wonderful works. The state will continue large-scale activities to develop the sphere of culture, stimulate creative workers, and provide them with comprehensive support," the President emphasized.

The Head of State wished the cultural and art workers sound health and family well-being.
