On June 29, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, held phone talks with President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, and Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Valentina Matviyenko. This was reported by the online newspaper "Turkmenistan: Golden Age."

First and foremost, the heads of state and the speaker of the upper house of the Russian Parliament warmly congratulated Hero-Arkadag on his birthday, wishing him good health, a long life, and further success in his responsible state activities. Particular note was made of Hero-Arkadag's personal contribution to strengthening interstate dialogue between the countries.

Thanking them for their kind words, the National Leader of the Turkmen people emphasized that Turkmenistan attaches great importance to the comprehensive development of fraternal relations and strategic partnership with Uzbekistan, Russia, and Turkey.

During the talks, attention was also given to the further development of mutually beneficial cooperation in all areas of mutual interest.
