A ceremonial forum titled "Arkadag şäheri – röwşen geljegiň aýdyň ýoly" was held at the Hyakimlik of the city of Arkadag, dedicated to the 3rd anniversary of the opening of the "smart" city of the modern era, created on the initiative of the National Leader of the Turkmen people and under the wise leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov. At the start of the conference, an Address from President Serdar Berdimuhamedov to the residents of the city of Arkadag was read out, in which it was emphasized that the celebration of the third anniversary of the city of Arkadag, a model of modern architecture, is an important event in the political, social, and cultural life of the country.

Speakers warmly congratulated the President of Turkmenistan and the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero-Arkadag, as well as the forum participants, on the third anniversary of the opening of the city of Arkadag.

As emphasized in the speeches, the unique urban development project of the city of Arkadag, which under the relevant Law holds a special legal status as a city of state significance, is a concrete result of the large-scale reforms initiated by the National Leader of the Turkmen people and now being successfully implemented under the leadership of Arkadagly Hero Serdar.

The recently put forward initiative by elders, taking into account numerous proposals received from citizens of Turkmenistan, to name the modern mosque being built in the city "Arkadagyň ruhy metjidi" reflects a worthy continuation of the time-honored traditions of the Turkmen people. In this connection, forum participants expressed sincere gratitude to Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar.

At the conclusion, an Address to President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero-Arkadag, was adopted on behalf of the forum participants.

The conference also featured performances by cultural figures and artists. Inspired musical and song compositions, reinforcing pride in the modern era of our peace-loving state, confidently advancing toward new heights of progress thanks to the initiatives of Hero-Arkadag and under the leadership of Arkadagly Hero Serdar, served as an expression of heartfelt gratitude to the President of Turkmenistan and the National Leader of the Turkmen people.
