The President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov and the Governor of the city of St. Petersburg of the Russian Federation Aleksandr Beglov congratulated the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero-Arkadag Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on his birthday.
