Extensive preparations are underway in our country to launch the innovative projects competition titled "Digital Solution — 2026." The primary objective of this contest is to identify talented youth engaged in software development, cutting-edge innovations, and inventions. During the Government meeting held on July 3, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Batyr Annayev reported to honorable President Serdar Berdimuhamedov on the preparatory work being carried out in this direction. This was reported by the electronic newspaper «Turkmenistan: Golden Age».

The competition to be organized this year will cover the most modern fields, such as artificial intelligence, robotics, digital medicine, electronic learning, "smart" city, and "smart" agricultural technologies. The results of the innovative projects submitted by the youth will be finalized within the framework of the "Turkmentel — 2026" international exhibition and scientific conference. There are plans to practically apply the outstanding projects from the competition across various sectors of the national economy and in digitalization efforts. In this regard, the Vice-Prime Minister submitted a relevant proposal for consideration by the Head of State.

After listening to the report at the regular meeting held via a digital system, honorable President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that great attention is paid to developing the digital economy in our country and that our youth actively participate in innovative project competitions in this field. According to the Turkmenistan: Golden Age electronic newspaper, the Head of State approved the proposal to announce the "Digital Solution — 2026" competition and instructed the Vice-Prime Minister to organize this event at a high level.
