Grain growers of Turkmenistan delivered over 1 million 400 thousand tons of wheat and achieved a great labor victory

The industrious grain farmers of Turkmenistan have successfully fulfilled their contractual obligations by delivering more than 1 million 400 thousand tons of high-quality wheat harvest to the nation's granary. This glorious achievement complements the country's historic milestones, marking a major victory in the agro-industrial complex. As noted in the congratulatory message sent by the Head of State, this remarkable milestone was reached thanks to the united labor of leading farmers' associations, private producers, and all agricultural workers. This was reported by the electronic newspaper "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".

Agriculture, a vital sector of the national economy, ensures food abundance in the country while significantly boosting its export capabilities. As part of measures to develop the sector on a scientific basis, the Research Institute of Grain Growing of the Ministry of Agriculture developed and introduced new, high-yielding wheat varieties such as "Serdar", "Arkadag", and "Pyragy". This has made a substantial contribution to significantly increasing crop yields across the nation.

To store the harvested grain without loss and process it efficiently, modern elevators, warehouses, and mill complexes operate in coordination across all regions. The large-scale investments directed by the state guarantee the timely conversion of the harvest into flour products in line with global standards. Furthermore, the effective use of high-performance combines from world-renowned companies like "John Deere" and "CLAAS" during the harvesting season provided ideal conditions for gathering the grain in a short time.
