The National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, on behalf of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, cordially congratulated the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov on a great labor victory – the delivery by the country's grain growers into the granaries of the Fatherland of more than 1 million 400 thousand tons of grain in the year «Independent Neutral Turkmenistan – the homeland of purposeful winged horses».

As noted in the Message, the working trips of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov to the regions of the country, meetings with leaseholders and farmers, and the care shown for their well-being inspire rural workers, who have linked their destiny with farming, to new achievements.

In Turkmenistan, measures are being taken to further strengthen food abundance, create prosperity, and obtain rich harvests of grain crops; comprehensive large-scale reforms are being carried out in order to improve agriculture and modernize the organization of labor in this sphere. The congratulatory Message also notes that special land funds are being created for farmers to grow agricultural crops, the purchase of high-performance machinery and modern equipment from world-famous companies is being ensured, and advanced methods are being widely introduced into agricultural production.
