The President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed an Order, approving the composition of the State Commission for Admission to Higher and Secondary Vocational Educational Institutions of Turkmenistan for studies in 2026.

The State Commission is instructed to exercise organizational and methodological guidance over admission to studies at higher and secondary vocational educational institutions of the country in 2026 and to organize its conduct in the established manner.

The hyakimliks of the velayats, the cities of Ashgabat and Arkadag are instructed to create the necessary conditions for the proper activity of the working commissions for admission to higher and secondary vocational educational institutions for studies.

The President of Turkmenistan signed an Order, approving the plan for admission to studies at higher educational institutions of Turkmenistan in 2026 by velayats, the cities of Ashgabat and Arkadag, as well as the plan for admission to studies at secondary vocational educational institutions of Turkmenistan in 2026.

Higher and secondary vocational educational institutions of Turkmenistan are instructed to organize admission to studies in the period from July 13th to August 24th, 2026, and to conduct entrance examinations at the places of their location.

In order to upgrade the qualifications of members of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, to train state leaders and employees for central and local executive authorities and local self-government bodies who meet the requirements of international standards, as well as masters in the Epoch of the Revival of the New Era of the Powerful State, the President of Turkmenistan signed an Order, approving:

– the plan for the admission of trainees to the retraining courses for employees of state bodies (duration of study – two academic years) of the Academy of Civil Service under the President of Turkmenistan in the 2026-2027 academic year;

– the plan for the admission of trainees to the advanced training courses for employees of state bodies (duration of study – five months) of the Academy of Civil Service under the President of Turkmenistan in the 2026-2027 academic year;

– the plan for the admission of trainees to the advanced training courses for employees of state bodies in commercial arbitration (duration of study – four months) of the Academy of Civil Service under the President of Turkmenistan in the 2026-2027 academic year;

– the plan for the admission of trainees to the advanced training courses for employees of local executive authorities, as well as members of the velayat, etrap, and city halk maslahaty (duration of study – two months) of the Academy of Civil Service under the President of Turkmenistan in the 2026-2027 academic year;

– the plan for the admission of trainees to the advanced training courses for employees of local self-government bodies (duration of study – two months) of the Academy of Civil Service under the President of Turkmenistan in the 2026-2027 academic year;

– the plan for the admission of students on a paid basis to master's degree training courses (duration of study – from one academic year to two academic years) of the Academy of Civil Service under the President of Turkmenistan in the 2026-2027 academic year;

– the plan for the admission of trainees on a paid basis to advanced training courses for specialists (duration of study – up to two months) of the Academy of Civil Service under the President of Turkmenistan in the 2026-2027 academic year;

– the procedure for organizing entrance examinations for the admission of trainees and students to the courses of the Academy of Civil Service under the President of Turkmenistan in the 2026-2027 academic year.
