On behalf of the people and the Government of Turkmenistan, as well as on his own behalf, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov extended his deep condolences to the Emir of the State of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, on the passing of his father, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani.
