The Days of Turkmenistan Culture, timed to coincide with the state visit of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov to Georgia, are taking place in Tbilisi. This large-scale creative event vividly demonstrates the transition of bilateral humanitarian ties to a qualitatively new level, facilitating mutual acquaintance between the two peoples with each other's unique traditions and arts. This is reported by an online newspaper «Turkmenistan: Golden Age.»

The cultural forum's program opened with an exhibition of Turkmen national decorative, applied, and visual arts, which showcased unique museum values, carpets, as well as works by painters and sculptors. A key part of the Days of Culture included professional meetings between theater directors, creative figures, and library workers of Turkmenistan and Georgia, during which specialists discussed prospects for exchanging experience and new formats of interaction in the cultural sphere.

A rich concert program featuring Turkmen musicians, singers, folklore, and choreographic groups was prepared for the Georgian public. The performance of Georgian songs by famous Turkmen pop artists was received with particular enthusiasm by the audience, becoming a symbol of friendship between the two states. As an inspiring grand finale of the festive concert, the song by Hero-Arkadag, «Öňe, öňe, diňe öňe, jan Watanym – Türkmenistan,» was performed.
