On July 17, an advocacy and briefing meeting titled «Gahryman Arkadagyň ak ýoly bilen öňe, öňe, diňe öňe, jan Watanym Türkmenistan!» was held in the conference hall of the Lebap velayat khakimlik. The event was organized to ensure the high-level organization of the next session of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan and the celebration of the 35th anniversary of sacred Independence. This was reported by the state news agency "Turkmenistan Today."

The solemn meeting, which reflects leading global democratic principles, was attended by deputies of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, members of velayat, city, and etap halk maslahaty, leaders of political parties and public organizations, and respected elders.

During the briefing event, the crucial tasks set by Hero Arkadag at the recently held session of the Presidium of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan were discussed in detail. Primary focus was directed toward providing organizational and methodological support to the work of local halk maslahaty in preparing for the nationwide forum, as well as reviewing proposals received from citizens. The speakers emphasized once again that the main goal of the Halk Maslahaty is to strengthen the unity of the people and widely involve the public in implementing state programs.

Furthermore, a special place at the event was dedicated to the ancient democratic traditions and noble customs of the Turkmen people. As noted during the meeting, the historic documents adopted at the Presidium session in accordance with the relevant Constitutional Law—pertaining to forming an organizing committee and setting the date for the event—give a powerful impetus to properly carrying out the specific tasks ahead. The attendees expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the National Leader and the honorable President for their tireless efforts to ensure the prosperous life of the people.

Following that, a grand festive toy-sadaka (charity meal) was given at the celebration square near the "Türkmeniň ak öýi" building in Lebap velayat. This public event was organized on the occasion of naming the luminous 30,000-capacity mosque being built in Arkadag City as the «Arkadagyň ruhy metjidi» and to celebrate the country’s grain growers successfully fulfilling their contractual obligations by harvesting over 1 million 400 thousand tons of wheat. Prayers were recited during the sadaka, wishing for the prosperity of the Motherland and the good health and long lives of Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar.
